Skilled Worker Visa

Health and Care Worker Visa

As a medical professional, the Health and Care Worker visa allows you to come to the to do an eligible work with the NHS, an NHS supplier or adult care work.

Intra-Company Visas

As an employee, the intra-company visa allows you to come to the UK to work at your employers UK branch.

Minister of Religion Visa (T2)

If you’ve been offered a job within a faith community (minister of religion, missionary, or member of a religious order) in the UK you can for a minister of religion visa.

Sportsperson Visa (T2)

If you’re a sportsperson, you can apply for a sportsperson visa under the following conditions.

  • - You’re an elite sportsperson or qualified coach, who’s recognised by your sport’s governing body as being at the highest level of your profession internationally
  • - Your sport’s governing body is endorsing your application
  • - Your employment will develop your sport in the UK at the highest level

Temporary Worker - Charity Worker Visa (T5)

If you want to do unpaid voluntary work for a charity in the UK, you need to apply for a temporary worker - charity worker visa

Temporary Worker - Creative and Sporting Visa (T5)

If you’ve been offered work in the UK as a sports person or creative worker, you must apply for a temporary worker - creative and sporting visa

Temporary Worker - Government Authorised Exchange Visa (T5)

If you want to come to the UK for a short time for work experience or to do training, an Overseas Government Language Programme, research or a fellowship through an approved government authorised exchange scheme, and have a sponsor, you must apply for a Temporary Worker - Government Authorised Exchange visa

Temporary Worker – International Agreement Worker Visa (T5)

You’re eligible to apply for a Temporary Worker - International Agreement Worker visa if you’ll be contracted to do work covered by international law or treaty while in the UK like:

  • - Working for a foreign government
  • - Working as a private servant in a diplomatic household
  • - Providing a service under contract as a contractual service supplier or independent professional

Temporary Worker - Religious Worker Visa (T5)

If you want to do religious work in a non-pastoral role or religious order, you can apply for a Temporary Worker - Religious Worker visa.

Temporary Worker - Seasonal Worker Visa (T5)

If you want to come to the UK for up to 6 months to do farm work and have a sponsor, you can apply for seasonal worker visa.

Youth Mobility Scheme Visa (T5)

You are eligible to apply for a youth mobility scheme visa under the following conditions:

  • - Want to live and work in the UK for up to 2 years
  • - Are aged 18 to 30
  • - Have £2,530 in savings
  • - Have certain types of British Nationality or are from certain countries or territories.

Investor, Business Development and Talent Visas
Innovator Visa

If you want to set up and run an innovative business in the UK that’s different from anything else on the market and your business or business idea has been endorsed by an approved body, also known as an endorsing body, you can apply for an innovator visa.

Start-up Visa

If you’re setting up an innovative business in the UK that is different from anything else on the market you can apply for a start-up visa.

If you’re a leader or potential leader in one of the following fields:

  • - Arts and culture
  • - Digital technology

Investor visa (Tier 1)

Other Work Visas and Exemptions
Domestic Workers in a Private Household Visa

If you’re are a domestic worker in a private household, have worked for your employer for at least one year, you can apply for a visa to visit the UK with your employer.

Representative of an Overseas Business Visa

If you’re a representative of an oversea business that is planning to set up a UK branch or an employee of an overseas newspaper, news agency or broadcasting organisation posted on a long assignment to the UK, you can apply as a representative of the overseas business.

Apply for a Service Providers from Switzerland Visa

If you work for a company based in Switzerland and your employer needs you to work on a contract in the UK, you can apply for a Service Providers from Switzerland visa. The contract to carry out work in the UK must have been signed and started before 11pm on 31 December 2020.
