Live in the UK

Naturalisation: You may be eligible to apply for British Citizenship depending on your date of birth in the UK or a British colony. You may also be able to apply if you are married to or in a civil partnership with a British citizen, have an indefinite leave to remain or have a ‘permanent residence’ status or a ‘settled status’ under the EU/EEA settlement scheme. Our advisors help you sort through your current situation to assess your eligibility for naturalisation and help you with the application process.
Indefinite Leave to Remain: After living in the UK for more than 5 years on visas like the Innovator Visa, Overseas Representative of a Business visa or Skilled Worker Visa, you may be able to apply for an Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR). The ILR means you are settled in the UK and there is no longer a time limit on your stay in the UK. This visa also gives you access to healthcare, education, and numerous jobs as well as benefits and public services.
Spouse Visa: You can join your spouse or fiancé in the UK if they are a British citizen, have settled status, or hold a Turkish Businessperson Visa or Turkish Worker Visa. The Spouse Visa allows you a stay for 2 years and 9 months in the UK, after which you can apply for an extension.
